Tapering allows your brain to adjust gradually, minimizing withdrawal symptoms.

2. Seeking Professional Help: 

Cognitive behavioral therapy CBT is highly effective in terms of addressing the psychological patterns that contribute to addiction. Professional help is much needed as it will provide coping mechanisms for craving and stress. A doctor can provide support in severe cases, prescribing medications to manage specific withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, insomnia, or muscle aches.

3. Lifestyle and Support System Changes:

Having a support network of your friends and family members is highly important in dealing with addiction. You can also consider joining support groups where you can connect with others facing similar challenges.
